You will find mostly various local dishes in our kitchen. Our breakfasts that are made with love will energize you throughout your day. Also local Aegean and Mediterranean light olive oil dishes, healthy snacks and fresh fire baked Pides will be also at your service. For dinner time at Villa Kore, all you need to do is to reserve your spot and let us take care of you with our long years of experience.

Easier said than done, we have continued to cook for our family, our close and distant relatives and friends for 40 years.

We must all agree that our mom Sevim Ertenu has made the gratest efforts with her helpers from Turkey and Far East. My sister Azize and I didn’t just watch actually :) I have opened 2 restaurants in İzmir. First one was Le Trio Cafe with two partners, and then on my own, GILDA Italian Restaurant. Throughout these years, I received many compliments and made gourmet friends.
When we look back, our table was filled with people, delicious dishes and pleasant chats. Especially to be on my dad’s table, many from young to the elderly, were -so to say- "lined up". Consequently, we have picked our favourite dishes and decided to share them with you. Our cooking will remain exactly the same as before; healthy, organic as possible, non-gluten.
